Founder and Principal
Mehrdad Bokhour is the founder of Bokhour Law Group, P.C. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Loyola Law School, Mr. Bokhour is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Bokhour has devoted his entire career to representing employees—exclusively—in individual and class action employment matters. He litigates wage and hour class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), vigorously prosecuting claims involving unpaid overtime and minimum wage violations, missed meal and rest breaks, off-the-clock work, unlawful security checkpoints, and other forms of wage theft.
Mr. Bokhour also represents individual employees in cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Over the course of his career, he has recovered more than $325 million on behalf of California workers.
Mr. Bokhour was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in Employment Litigation every year from 2018 through 2022, and elevated to "Super Lawyer" in 2023—a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in the labor and employment field.
